Articulate Storyline 2, and Photoshop.
I bought a copy of Storyline 2 in July and this was the first CBT that I built with it. It has a lot of Clicky-Clicky Bling-Bling in it but I did storyboard it out with pen and paper rather than electronically. I like Jack Russell Terriers so I thought I could build something about them.
